Use of Service** Montgomery Media offers a range of photography and content creation services designed to cater to your innovative visual needs. By accessing our services, you confirm that you understand and agree not to engage in any prohibited activities including, but not limited to, data mining, unauthorized data collection, or any form of disruption to our operations. Access is granted for lawful purposes only. **3. Intellectual Property Rights** All content provided through our website—including images, graphics, logos, text, and any other multimedia—is owned by Montgomery Media or its content creators and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any material is strictly prohibited unless prior written consent is obtained from Montgomery Media. **4. Limitation of Liability** Montgomery Media will not be liable for any direct, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service. Moreover, while we strive to ensure accuracy and reliability in our services and on our website, no warranty is guaranteed. **5. Modifications and Updates** Our Terms of Service are subject to change at Montgomery Media’s discretion. We reserve the right to revise these terms periodically without any notice by updating this page. Users are encouraged to review the terms periodically to ensure they are aware of updates. **6. Governing Law** These Terms of Service will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively through local courts based in Northern Ireland. By using our website or purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms of Service and agree to abide by them.

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Montgomery Media ("Videographer", "we", "our", "us") and the Client ("you", "your") for the provision of wedding videography services. By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Payment
2.1 A non-refundable booking fee of £200-£300 is required to secure your date.
2.2 The remaining balance is due no later than 15 days before the wedding date.
2.3 If full payment is not received by the due date, Montgomery Media reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the booking fee.

3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1 If the Client cancels the booking more than 90 days before the event, only the booking fee is retained.
3.2 Cancellations made within 90 days of the wedding date are subject to a 50% charge of the remaining balance.
3.3 Cancellations within 30 days of the wedding will result in the full fee being payable.
3.4 In the unlikely event Montgomery Media must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, and we will assist in finding an alternative videographer where possible.
3.5 Montgomery media can use alternative videographers where needed to capture any event
4. Force Majeure
Montgomery Media is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather, illness, travel disruption, or equipment failure.

5. Coverage and Schedule
5.1 The Client is responsible for providing an accurate schedule and keeping Montgomery Media informed of any changes.
5.2 We will make every effort to capture all important moments but cannot guarantee coverage of every individual or event/moment.
5.3 The Client must ensure that photography and videography are permitted at the venues.

6. Creative Control and Editing
6.1 The final edit is at the discretion of Montgomery Media, reflecting our professional style and standards.
6.2 Raw footage will not be provided unless agreed in writing and subject to an additional fee.
6.3 Minor editing revisions may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Major revisions may incur an additional fee.

7. Delivery
7.1 Final videos will be delivered digitally via a secure download link or USB within 10–16 weeks of the wedding date.
7.2 Montgomery Media will retain backups of the footage for 6 months. After this period, we are not obligated to store or provide replacements.

8. Client Responsibilities
8.1 The Client shall obtain all necessary permissions for filming at chosen locations.
8.2 The Client agrees to provide meals for the videography team if coverage exceeds six hours.
8.3 The Client must inform Montgomery Media of any individuals who do not consent to being filmed.

9. Copyright and Usage
9.1 Montgomery Media retains full copyright over all footage and edits produced.
9.2 Clients receive a personal-use license, allowing sharing with family and friends.
9.3 We reserve the right to use selected footage for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, portfolio), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Liability and Insurance
10.1 Montgomery Media shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
10.2 Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client.
10.3 We hold full public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

11. Data Protection
11.1 Client information is collected solely for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law.
11.2 All data is stored securely in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018 (UK GDPR).

12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
